Additional Academic Programs
Bachelor of Commerce (BCOM)
The BCOM curriculum is designed to produce graduates equipped to function in entry-level B.Com positions with a strong foundation for continued career growth. It combines conceptual knowledge in key disciplinary areas with strong technical knowledge required for workplace performance. The curriculum has a strong emphasis on project work thus building the problem solving and critical thinking skills needed by B.Com professionals.
Minimum admission requirements:
KCSE certificate with a minimum of aggregate of C+ (plus) with C (plain) in Mathematics and English.
EACE/KCE/KACE/EAACE certificate with a minimum of five (5) credits in any five
subjects at ‘O’ level and two principals at A level.
BCOM exempt; CPA (K) or CPS or ACCA or Recognized Diploma Qualifications.
The BCOM Regular Program (3 Academic Years=9 Trimesters)

Evening BCOM Regular Program
Weekend BCOM Regular Program
BCOM exempt 1 year 6 months (5 trimesters)
A student shall be required to undertake 38 core units and a minimum of 17 specialization units.
