How to register units online

  • Go to the students portal

  • Enter you registration number

  • Enter your password (National ID No/Passport Number/birth Certificate Number)

  • Click on Login​

Once you are logged in, do the following:

  • Click on "academics module" then "Course Registration"

  • Click on "New"

  • New course registration will appear

  • Select your school/Faculty

  • Select "program"

  • Select "stage" if applicable (stage with –D is for Distance learning students)

  • Select mode of study

  • Then click on "submit"

  • It will take you back to the “page actions” page

  • Look for the line with the registered semester e.g. Trim3 16.

  • Click on select (it will highlight the whole line)

  • Click on "add units"

  • Check on the units you wish to register and then click on the button labeled “Select units”

  • You will see a list of selected units below the list of units

  • After verification click on “Submit Units”

  • Click on "academics module" then "Course Registration"

  • Click on select on the registered semester (it will highlight the whole line)

  • Click on “Print Proforma Invoice”

Note: For you to access the buttons on the “Page Actions” page, e.g. add Units, Coursework, Stage results. You must click on "Select" on the desired semester.
