Who can join?
This programme is suitable for holders of a Bachelors degree in any field who are interested in working as researchers or practitioners in the diverse roles within the counselling field as described above.
Bachelor's degree in any field with required work experience OR any other equivalent qualification approved by the university Senate.
For actual subject and work experience requirements please contact the enrollment office.
Careers include but are not limited to production technician, actor or creative artist for film, TV, online, and other media, script-writing, playwriting, radio or voice-over performance, speech and drama teaching, events/festival management, and/or entrepreneurial performing/creative production company
Duration: 3 years (9 trimesters)

We develop in students the capabilities and dispositions to work as engaged professional counselors in contemporary knowledge building communities. Graduates will be able to provide personal and career counselling services to individuals and groups and psycho-educational services to adults and children in diverse settings, including primary and secondary schools, university and college counselling centres, community based organizations, correctional facilities,hospitals, mental health clinics or private practices.
