About ICAD


The Institute for Capacity Development (ICAD) was established in 1999 as a milestone at KCA University’s 10th anniversary celebrations. Our mission is to enhance business performance; the achievement of our alumni in diverse organizations and positions of leadership.

Our learning model is intense, interactive and engaging for executives and our innovative thinking is also reflected in the way we facilitate. We partner with experienced and exposed practitioners as trainers in our programmes.
